Refund policy

• Cancellation in advance (up to 30 days): If the cancellation is communicated at least one month before the scheduled date, the deposit amount will be returned (or may be used as credit for a future date, subject to availability).

 

• Late cancellation (less than 30 days): In case of cancellation less than one month in advance, the sign amount (20%) will not be refunded, to cover the reservation of the date and the impossibility of scheduling other customers.
